1. Nature of the Platform

KhetkRaja is a digital export facilitation platform designed to connect:

1. Indian farmers and agri-exporters
2. Manufacturers and suppliers
3. Domestic and international buyers

KhetkRaja acts only as a facilitator and technology provider and is not a buyer, seller, trader, manufacturer, or logistics provider, unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Be legally capable of entering contracts
3. Provide accurate and complete registration details
4. Be authorized under applicable laws to export, import, or trade (where applicable)

KhetkRaja reserves the right to verify user eligibility and reject or suspend access.

3. User Accounts

1. Registration is mandatory for accessing core services
2. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
3. All activities under your account are your responsibility
4. False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination

4. Services Offered

KhetkRaja may provide:

1. Product listing and discovery
2. Buyer–seller communication tools
3. Export documentation guidance
4. Compliance and verification support
5. Logistics coordination assistance (where available)

Services may change or evolve without prior notice.

5. Export & Trade Responsibility

1. Exporters are solely responsible for:
2. Product quality
3. Legal compliance
4. Certifications
5. Customs and export regulations
6. Buyers are responsible for:
7. Import regulations
8. Customs duties and taxes
9. Country-specific compliance

KhetkRaja does not guarantee trade completion or shipment success.

6. Pricing, Payments & Transactions

1. Prices are set by exporters/sellers
2. Payment terms may vary based on agreements
3. KhetkRaja is not responsible for pricing disputes between parties
4. Any facilitation fee or commission will be disclosed separately

7. Content & Intellectual Property

1. All Platform content, design, software, and branding belong to KhetkRaja
2. Users retain ownership of their content but grant KhetkRaja a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for Platform operations
3. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or misuse is strictly prohibited

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Post false or misleading information
2. Violate intellectual property rights
3. Engage in fraud or unlawful trade
4. Upload harmful or malicious content
5. Circumvent Platform processes

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services such as:

1. Payment gateways
2. Logistics partners
3. Compliance service providers

KhetkRaja is not responsible for third-party service performance or failures.

10. Suspension & Termination

KhetkRaja reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

1. Terms are violated
2. Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
3. Required by law or regulatory authorities

Termination may occur without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. KhetkRaja shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

3. Platform use is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KhetkRaja from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:
