1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may apply only if:

A transaction is cancelled due to platform or seller fault
Payment was debited but service not initiated
Seller agrees to refund under agreed trade terms

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

Completed export transactions
Buyer or seller non-compliance
Customs or regulatory rejections
Force majeure events

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method
Timelines depend on banks/payment gateways

4. Dispute Resolution

KhetkRaja may assist in dispute resolution but is not liable for trade losses.
