1. Pre-Confirmation Cancellations

Orders or service requests may be cancelled before mutual confirmation between buyer and seller.

2. Post-Confirmation Cancellations

Once an export agreement is confirmed:

Cancellation is subject to mutual consent
Charges or penalties may apply as per agreement

3. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

KhetkRaja may cancel access or transactions due to:

Regulatory non-compliance
Fraud or misrepresentation
Legal requirements

4. Refund on Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the Refund Policy and seller agreement.
