Due to the nature of export and international trade, returns are generally not supported.

1. Exceptional Returns

Returns may be considered only if:

Goods delivered are materially different from agreed specifications
Seller explicitly agrees to accept the return
Applicable export/import laws permit return

2. Buyer Responsibilities

Inspection at delivery is mandatory
Claims must be raised within the agreed timeline
All logistics and customs costs are borne by the requesting party unless agreed otherwise

3. Platform Limitation

KhetkRaja does not guarantee return acceptance and is not responsible for return logistics.
