Timelines are indicative and depend on destination, customs clearance, and logistics providers
Delays due to customs, inspections, or force majeure are not the platform’s liability

3. Risk Transfer

Risk and ownership of goods transfer as per agreed international trade terms (Incoterms).

4. Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for:

Import duties
Taxes
Compliance with destination country regulations

5. Shipping Disputes

Shipping disputes must be resolved between buyer, seller, and logistics provider. KhetkRaja may assist but holds no liability.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India.
